Valley is seeking a full-time Pastor/Director of Worship and Music.The church has experienced tremendous growth over the last ten years and current worship attendance is just under 2,000. The Pastor/Director will have oversight of a vibrant ministry, which includes adult and children's choirs, orchestra, hand-bell choir, drama team, dance team and several worship teams and bands. |
| The ideal candidate must clearly articulate their faith in Christ and will be a seasoned leader with seven to ten years of proven experience in worship and music (preferably a large-church setting), strong gifts of leadership, discipleship and administration, excellent people skills and a proven track record of organizational effectiveness. A bachelor's degree in music is required; a master's degree in music is preferred. |
